An Afternoon in the Alameda

San Luis de la Paz, Gto. Saturday, September 24, 2011.  In our walk through the city, we arrived to the Melchor Ocampo Alameda.  It was a very pleasant afternoon, with a mild climate and sunshine.  All fountains were turned on, so the show of jumping water was very colorful.  The marching band of a school was rehearsing in one of its ends. Meanwhile, people exercised by walking or running, or playing around the trees.  Some boy scouts were busy joking in a circle.  Others walked their restless dogs.  Taking advantage of the picturesque place, a newly married couple had a commemoration photo taken.  A quinceanera and her escorts did the same.   Surely, our Alameda is a site of much activity.
