San Luis de la Paz, Gto. Friday, February 25, 2012.  Bola Suriana captivated the public congregated at the Melchor Ocampo Alameda, with its traditional music and new singing of Mexico and Latin America.  Ludovicenses liked the group so much, that it had to say goodbye 5 times, because of the request of singing: “One more song, one more song!”  The Ludovicense Cultural Center organized the event in the beautiful park with the intention of rescuing public spaces.

At the time of opening the concert, 7:22 p.m., the group mentioned that they were glad to return to San Luis de la Paz after a few years.  The artists added that they were expecting to perform at a nice plaza, but that they were impressed with the magnificence of our Alameda.  In this gorgeous setting, in front of the kiosk, surrounded with trees and among more than two hundred spectators they offered a stimulant program.

Bola Suriana has 22 years of having being created.  The entertainers are natives of the state of Michoacan.  They have done 20 tours in Mexico and abroad, visiting Europe, the United States, South America and Central America. They have 16 recordings under their belt.  The name of the band comes from the army of Emiliano Zapata, who in 1910 rose up in arms for a fairer Mexico.

In this Friday night, the group presented music of Michoacan, Oaxaca and Veracruz besides others, in their varied program.  Its members received a diploma from Gerardo Sanchez, In Charge of the House of Culture.  He mentioned that spectacles as this one will be arranged at places like the Plazuela and the Pila Nueva, so they are not anchored to the Esplanade or the Garden.
