San Luis de la Paz, Gto. Friday, March 30, 2012. Armonia Hernandez Martinez, President of the Municipal DIF System, rendered her second progress report at the Lions Club Hall. Before a full house, she enumerated the various achievements in the last twelve months. The City Mayor, Javier Becerra, civil servants, family, friends and hundreds of citizens attended the affair.
At 4: 30 p.m., began the protocol event. Michel Lomeli introduced Mrs. Martinez. The DIF President mentioned the positive results of the various areas she leads. At the end, she thanked among others Mayte Gonzalez Marquez, DIF Director, for her support and hard work. After the ceremony, which lasted half an hour, the people enjoyed snacks and beverages.
